Introducing ourselves
We start by getting to know you and your specific needs. This involves taking various measurements of you, whilst also asking you some basic questions about your general mobility.
Conducting a survey
We then conduct a survey, which along with information we gather from our initial conversation, helps us determine if you require a straight or curved Stairlift.
Creating a drawing
Straight stairlifts only require simple hand-drawn sketches, whereas curved stairlifts will require digital surveys, which accurately map out the perfect solution just for your home and physical requirements.
Putting together a quote
After the visit, we’ll provide you with a quotation, complete with the stairlift specification relating to our proposed solution. This can be done in your home or we can send information from our office.
Answering any queries
We’re happy to answer any questions once you’ve received the quotation, and even offer courtesy calls to ensure you have all the information you need.
