The decision of buying a new or reconditioned stairlift has different factors to consider when you’re weighing up the choice.
Reconditioned stairlifts are often a bit cheaper as they have been used or installed previously, this may have only been for short term periods such as if someone has a short term injury or need. They are in inspected by us, offered in excellent condition with our diamond care plan, and offer savings over new options.
Our reconditioned models have to meet the criteria for us mentioned in our key details to be able to sell on, so that you know you’re buying a quality used option, and will have peace of mind with your mobility solution.
However, it’s important to know the difference between new and reconditioned.
On new models you have more flexibility when it comes to buying one, with a variety of payment options available such as finance or monthly payments making them more flexible dependant upon your budget, and you’ll also have more options in terms of which model you can choose, what options, fabrics, and colours that particular stairlift or rail has so that you can pick exactly the one you want.
