We also cover the cost of parts and repair work in our comprehensive plan so you don’t have to worry about the ‘what if’s’ for as long as you continue with the care plan.

This provides you with maintenance for your equipment, giving you total peace of mind for as long as your policy is active.

Your initial service is due after your first year of ownership, so you have plenty of time to enjoy the benefits of your new lift, and can book your first visit in at a convenient time later on.

Our Diamond Care Plan

Every mobility solution from EMS Lifts comes with the our Diamond Care Plan as standard. This comprehensive warranty ensures peace of mind by covering all aspects of your lift, including rapid repairs, support, and parts. While the first year doesn’t require a service, our first detailed service is provided in the second year to ensure your lift remains in excellent condition.

Our expert engineers are committed to ensuring that your aids are always functioning at their best, which is why we provide an annual service to all of our customers. During this service, our engineers will thoroughly inspect your mobility solution and carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance to ensure that it is in excellent operating order.

In the event of an emergency, our team will be on the scene as quickly as possible to carry out any necessary repairs. Even for non-emergent issues, we guarantee to respond within 12 hours of your call and have an engineer with you as soon as possible.

We understand that support is key to ensuring that your lift is always working as it should be. That’s why our phonelines are open 24/7, ready to assist you with any queries, assistance, or advice that you may need.

If any extra parts are required for repair or maintenance, we provide these free of charge, including full replacements when needed. Our aim is to ensure that your mobility and independence is always maintained.
