I would like to personally thank you all for the ongoing support and great work you have done over the last year. The HHIA has had its most successful year to date and surpassed all expectations in terms of providing Home adaptations to residents across the five districts. We have increased our Disabled Facilities Grant spend by 16% in 2020/21.

I wish to place on record our complete satisfaction with the installation of the recently purchased stair lift. The lift has already made a huge difference to our quality of life, giving us regular and comfortable access to the first floor which we have missed greatly.

A young man named Jack came to install my stairlift. Very helpful, also efficient. I know it’s his job but there is “a right and wrong way!” I am finding the stairlift a great help.

I just wanted to let you know how very pleased I am with my Platinum Stairlift you installed a few months ago now. It’s made such a difference to my daily life and going up and down the stairs is now a painless procedure. Salesman came to see us Friday – I then ordered stair lift on Monday which was fitted on Wednesday (Salesman to final fitting 5 days). The company were supportive and honest with us. The whole fitting start to finish took 10 days. Matt was great came to our home and measured and as mum was still in hospital was happy to visit her to complete all the details. The whole experience was easy. Everyone was so helpful.

Alex turned up promptly and worked quickly and quietly. After a couple of hours he asked me to have a trial run and told me about safety and operation. The whole experience was much better than expected and enables me to stay in my home.

Having been told by a number of stair lift companies over the past few years, that it was not possible to fit a stair lift in our olde world property. EMS were recommended with the endorsement ‘If they can’t fit one, then no one will’. Well I am so glad that I did contact EMS as my Dad, having just celebrated his 100th Birthday is now enjoying the leisurely ride instead of walking the stairs.
