Quality Policy

The Management of EMS Lifts Limited are committed to the provision of a product and service that complies in all respects with the requirements contained in a contract or customers’ purchase order.

The Company will give careful attention to customer needs, including on-time services, competitive process, service quality and continual improvement. This is endorsed by the provision of a documented Quality Management System, subject to internal and external audit at regular intervals. The Company is committed to the continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

The Directors will become more ‘risk’ aware and encourage a proactive culture amongst staff to ensure that risk is considered in all aspects of the business. The Directors will ensure that they communicate with all staff to encourage and develop this mind set and attitude.

The Directors are committed to ensuring that all staff receive the best training possible to enable them to carry out their jo responsibilities to the highest standard possible

The Company will use this Quality Policy as the basis for the setting and publication of Quality Objectives.

Our Quality Management System documentation, policies and procedures have been structured to meet the requirements of ISO9001 :2015. Each member of staff is aware of the Company’s commitment to quality, and is required to observe our quality requirements at all times.

The Directors will, regularly review this Quality Policy, and its application to ensure its adequacy and that it remains compliant with applicable standards and requirements.
